Snipping Tool - Reason For Windows 7 in Your IT Network in Burlington

I think one of the greatest tools that Microsoft has built into Windows 7 is the snipping tool. I have pinned it to my task bar and not a day goes by when I don't find a use for it.

PC's are a wonderful tool which have made it possible for all of us to accomplish so much more than we ever could. As we provide IT Network support we find the problem however, is over time they also can lead to ongoing frustration as they seem to develop a mind of their own.

IT network servers are the core technology of the office. If your server(s) are not healthy then your network performance will suffer. Improper maintenance is a key to increased downtime. Like the old TV commercial used to say, "You can pay me now or pay me later". The same is true of servers. Time and effort spent ensuring your servers are running well will be much less than the time spent on a recovery due to poor maintenance. A New Tool for Document Management? - Tablets Big at CES

All of the technology news stories tell us that tablet computers are a big part of the CES launches this past weekend. What do they really look like and what will we be able to do with them if we decide to take a shot at using one? I conceptually think the idea is great as I would love to be able to get rid of my paper note book when doing client meetings etc. So I have been trying to watch some of the reviews and check out where these devices might be going, especially for business use. One use I'm looking forward to testing is to use a tablet as the retrieval tool for a document management system.

Netaccess Systems is in the midst of finalizing a new IT network data centre in downtown Hamilton. A colleague and I had a tour yesterday with Netaccess President, Don McNally. The new site is pretty impressive and promises to be the most advanced data centre in Ontario outside of the biggest located at 151 Front St. in Toronto.
