You Pay For Two Copiers When Upgrade Not Paid by Copier Vendor

Its sad to say but we have seen it happen.  A potential client for a copier upgrade decides to go with a vendor prior to the end of their lease and the buyout or upgrade costs for the old unit are not paid by the vendor of the new copier.  A few weeks later the leasing company contacts the purchaser looking for payment on their lease and the company is shocked to find out that they are still on the hook for their old copier's lease.  The new vendor has not cleared the payment nor have they arranged for return of the device adding additional cost onto the deal.

Colour Multifunction Copier Install Is Done Right Inspite of My Error

I recently returned from a short vacation.  While away one of my clients had a new colour multifunction copier installed in their offices.  At the same time our technical team member reactivated a B&W multifunction print device that they had mothballed for about a year while their offices were under construction.

Don't Buy Your Office Printer and Copier From the Big Box Store!

Telling you not to buy your office printer and copier from the big box store is a pretty bold statement.  After all they have them on the shelf and you can pick them out from a selection of several products.  Also, their prices usually look pretty good.   They even have stock so you can take it home right away.  All good reasons to buy.
