Password Protected Files Got You Down - Try Document Management

One of my clients in Hamilton asked me for a solution for a problem she is having.  Her difficulty is that she has a large number of electronic files which she needs to keep secure and therefore she password protects the files when she creates them.  This becomes a problem as the number of files increases and she says she also always forgets the passwords she uses.  At the present time she does not have access to a document management system to solve her problem.

Professional Administrators Say Paper Filing Overwhelms Them

Last night along with a couple of others from our office I participated in a Vendor Fair at a conference for the Administrative Professionals Association in our area.  The attendees at this event were administrators from a variety of organizations from both the private sector and the public sector throughout southern Ontario.
