An IT Network Support Etobicoke Case Story:

Leppert was pleased to be asked by one of our current clients to consult with them on the complete design and installation of a new network to be created for a new venture they were launching in Etobicoke. 

The early stages involved Leppert developing an equipment, software, infrastructure and installation plan.  The budget was established to assist the client in their financial planning while the project was being developed.  With approval of the overall plan in hand Leppert started doing some selective purchasing of the equipment and components required, taking advantage of special buying opportunities to reduce the client's overall cost.

Once the project was ready for install, the Leppert IT Team proceeded to deliver, configure and monitor the complete installation...which included the server racking, server, routers, switches, computers, monitors, POS touch screen monitors, chit printers, network printers, operating software for workstations and server, and a colour multifunction unit for newsletter production and larger print jobs.

Over a period of 5 to 6 months the Leppert Team supported the work of our client as they finalized their new project.  We are gratified that they trusted us to be a part of their new venture and we look forward to continuing our involvement as we support them now that the operation is fully running..

Following the completion of the installation they adopted our Managed Services Program for both locations so that their IT Network Systems are pro-actively managed.
