Network services include the initial design and installation of hardware and software as well as the ongoing maintenance of systems. - Some clients require a comprehensive contract which is based upon a monthly retainer and includes all response that they may need for the period of the contract. These plans include an automated monitoring system which proactively monitors the servers and network so potential issues can be addressed before they occur.
- Some clients have a regularly scheduled preventative maintenance process whereby patches and minor problems are cleared on a specific schedule
- Other clients with in-house resources carry out this work themselves, while Leppert provides them with higher level design and installation support, as well as ongoing trouble shooting backup
- For a third group of clients, the Leppert IT team will be called on when major system failure ocurrs or significant upgrades are required. Sometimes additional resources are required to cover vacation periods or other short term manpower shortages....Leppert can fill in for these gaps and ensure coverage as required.
