Support Programs
Leppert offers support for print devices through a variety of programs. Most clients have an annual support agreement which provides onsite support for their equipment. This support is provided through a team of factory trained, highly skilled technical specialists.
Contracts can cover onsite labour, parts, supplies and toner depending upon the volume of printing and the type of device.
Varied Solutions
Leppert offers a wide range of copy solutions from 13 ppm to 135 ppm. Copy, Print, Scan, Fax products are supported by a fully trained service capability. Products supported include model choices from: Kyocera, Samsung, Ricoh, Brother, HP, Lexmark and Sharp
Printers
Leppert offers a wide range of printers and Multifunctional Printing Devices (MFP) ranging in speed from 10 ppm to 105 ppm. Printing products are fully supported with a well trained professional technical team. Products supported include: Kyocera, Samsung, Ricoh, HP, Lexmark
Fax
Leppert offers a range of fax devices from several vendors. Focusing on professional office quality fax equipment has permitted Leppert to assist many clients with the configuration of a solid fax system for their offices. Configurations include multi-line solutions, devices combining fax and scannning, as well as other MFP (Multifunctional Product) configurations. Ask us about how you can capture faxes into a network PC and avoid the cost of printing (especially those annoying junk faxes).
Wide Format
Special printing, copying and scanning needs for engineering, architecture, and construction can be met through the use of wide format (24", 36" and 42") devices. Leppert offers plotters and laser based wide format systems which can match the demands of these important segments.
Wide format scanning systems are also available to support the need to convert wide format prints to electronic files.
