Today I did a demo for people in the administration office of an academic department of the [University of Toronto](http://www.utoronto.ca/).  Their current document imaging system was broken and the vendor is no longer supporting it well.  They are looking to replace it with a new tool and I was pleased to use our [docucapture hosted document management system](http://www.docucapture.com) to demo the [SentryFile DM](http://www.sentryfile.com). Once again, these people understood what they needed and expressed their frustration with not having the tool they had been using available any longer.  They are really looking forward to putting a new system in place for them to work with and get back into the electronic filing world again.  The boxes have been piling up over the summer while they decided what to do. What a refreshing discussion about HOW, not why they could build their record system.
