The design and production of these was a staple of all businesses who had to promote a product or service. Using a designer and then contracting for production was a regular and often expensive task. Of course the fancier your business the fancier the need for brochures and flyers to promote it.

Colour printers and mfp devices are much more common in offices. I find that we are placing as many colour capable devices as mono only especially in offices with only one print device. The reasons are fairly obvious since we live in a colour world and most companies need to be able to produce at least some of their output with colour features.
There are three common ways that companies acquire print devices like copiers and mfps. You can simply purchase what you need. This seems the simplest but for equipment worth more than about $2000 it is not the most common. Second, you can lease the device for a fixed term lease. This is the most common way that office print equipment is acquired. In our practice at least 85 percent of the equipment is placed on a lease for clients.
