One of the basic historical tools for business promotion has long been the colour print glossy brochure. The design and production of these was a staple of all businesses who had to promote a product or service. Using a designer and then contracting for production was a regular and often expensive task. Of course the fancier your business the fancier the need for brochures and flyers to promote it.

Kyocera Canada has recently introduced a four unit series of new colour network laser printers. These new models represent the latest in a long series of constantly upgrading colour printers for the office market place which started several years ago with the FS-C1516 model.
Colour printers and mfp devices are much more common in offices. I find that we are placing as many colour capable devices as mono only especially in offices with only one print device. The reasons are fairly obvious since we live in a colour world and most companies need to be able to produce at least some of their output with colour features.
One of the interesting things we see with real estate clients is the number or agents who decide that rather than use the tools provided by the brokerage they will buy their own cheap colour laser printers to use to produce open house flyers and other promotional materials.

As marketing and presentation delivery has become more important in these organizations they have found a need to consider the use of a colour printer or mfp in their offices. The challenge they face is how to get the budget for these devices and for the operating costs of them as well.
